Every production lot undergoes 3-stage validation at our Loni converting facility:

In the event of verified manufacturing non-conformity (such as joint failure, dimensional discrepancy exceeding ±2mm, printing misregistration, or wrong flute thickness), AS PRINT GALLERY provides 100% Free Factory Remanufacturing & Immediate Dispatch via express logistics at zero additional charge.

📱 3. Reporting a Quality Discrepancy

We make defect reporting frictionless for our corporate clients:

1. Take 2 to 3 photos or a 10-second video clip clearly displaying the issue and outer strapping label.
2. Send the media along with your Order Reference ID (e.g. AS-894210) to our WhatsApp Quality Desk: +91 9911678386.
3. Our technical QC supervisor inspects the submission within 4 working hours and issues an expedited production replacement batch.

📦 4. Custom Printed Goods Restocking Policy

Because bespoke corrugated cartons, woven neck tags, hang tags, and branded stickers are customized with your unique company logo and specific dimensions, they cannot be restocked once manufactured to approved proof specifications. Returns are solely processed for verified manufacturing defects or transit damage.

💳 5. Refund Disbursal

Where an order cancellation or refund is authorized prior to industrial converting or paper slitting, funds are refunded to the original account (via NEFT, RTGS, or UPI) within 2 to 4 banking business days.
