📝 1. Scope & Order Placement

These Terms & Conditions govern all factory quotes, sample orders, digital proof sign-offs, and mass packaging production executed by AS PRINT GALLERY. Submitting an order through our digital platform or approving a WhatsApp quotation constitutes a binding commercial agreement between the purchasing entity and AS PRINT GALLERY.

🎨 2. Artwork Proof Approval & Pre-Press Standards

For custom-printed corrugated cartons, woven neck tags, hang cards, and stickers, an official digital 2D/3D proof is submitted to the client. Manufacturing commences only after written sign-off via WhatsApp or email. Clients are responsible for checking spelling, barcode/QR code scan integrity, and color specifications prior to production sign-off.

📄 3. Pricing, GST & Input Tax Credit (ITC)

All catalog baseline prices are direct manufacturer wholesale rates. A standard 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and itemized on all invoices under appropriate HSN Codes (HSN 4819 for corrugated cartons and paper bags; HSN 4821 / 5807 for paper tags, stickers, and woven labels). Corporate buyers providing a valid GSTIN receive authentic B2B invoices for 100% ITC claims on GSTR-2B.

📐 4. Industrial Production Tolerances (Bureau of Indian Standards)

In adherence to IS 2771:1990 standards for industrial paperboard converting and corrugation:

• Quantity Variance: An industry-standard tolerance of ±3% may apply to high-volume custom die-cut production runs due to paper slitting calibration. Invoices adjust to exact piece counts delivered.
• Creasing & Slitting: Dimensional tolerance of ±1.5 mm is normal on automatic rotary creasers.
• Color Tone: Natural variations in raw unbleached virgin and semi-kraft paper pulp may result in slight tone shifts compared to digital computer screen RGB renderings.

⚖️ 5. Commercial Dispute Resolution

Any commercial disputes, arbitrations, or legal claims arising from orders placed with AS PRINT GALLERY shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
